Editing to existing order forms / .PL script

We have a couple pages and mailer script in place that aren't working as well as they could. Currently the script pushes all fields from the forms to us via email, empty field or not and in an order that makes no sense. Sample output is attached to show the issue ([login to view URL] and [login to view URL]). You'll notice that the address and payment details are mixed in with the product lines. We want these at the end. Looking for someone skilled in PERL and HTML/PHP to edit our existing files so that: 1) only entries that contain data are included in the email that is sent by the Perl script; and 2) the data is sorted in a way that is more convenient to read, ie, products first, followed by address/payment details in the order they're presented on the forms.
