An electronic form with Ecommerce. Form will allow: - Users to upload audio files to a server of ours. The project we are planning for is a weekly contest. Each week, a new folder will be created to hold the files uploaded during that week. Present users with 2 options. OPTIONS: 1 - The ability to upload 1 audio file. 2 - The ability to upload 3 audio files. Different prices for each option. The form includes fields for the name and email address of the user, which can be stored in a MySQL database along with an id. Would like to store the audio files in folders using the user id. File format for uploads are MP3 only. This is a written draft of ours. Open to alternative ways of achieving this.
