I am in need of an email reporting application that pulls email analytical statistics via API/JSON from Email Service Providers ( i.e [login to view URL]). It should pull basic information from the results of a campaign, examples of email metrics would be:
Total Number of Emails Sent In a Campaign
Total Number of Emails Delivered
Total Number of Emails Opened
Total Number of urls/links Clicked
Total Number of Emails Bounced (Both soft and hard)
Total Number of Complaints ( users marking email as junk)
Percentages need to be created for all statistics, i.e delivery rate == 98% . Statistics also need to be broken down by email domains, here are a few examples

A front end GUI is needed to display the results and all of the data should be able to be monitored over time. Will need help from developer to determine the most effective way to accomplish this.
1. Need to be able to monitor each of the following stats over a selectable period of time in a graph format with coloring. The application should be able to break down by domain ([login to view URL] etc.)
- open rate
- click through rate
- complaints
- total number of unique clicks
The main idea of the system is to easily understand trends( i.e If open rates are declining over time etc. )
The developer needs to be very experienced with using APIs and working with JSON/XML files to extract needed information. The system also has to be scalable if new email services providers are used , the front end should be cater towards reporting stats per ESP.
