The scope of this project is as follows: 1. Create 1 new Query within my database that will make a calculation that will create a point system, that will be assigned to each record. The points assigned to each record will be determined based on entries in several columns in each record. 2. You will create a query, a form, and a report that will allow me to search for records by name and location. For example, the form will allow me to input a first_name, last_name, and display a list of all matching records, along with the city location of that record. Number two already exists, but does not properly work. You have the option of repairing the existing query/report as opposed to recreating it. THIS WORK IS SMALL, AND MUST BE COMPLETE WITHIN 24 HOURS OF BEING HIRED.
