Requirements. • The website is about maintaining employee details focusing on employee performance. • No login for employees • The employer has to register with the website • The employer fills registration form and submit and admin should receive a email informing the registration. After admin check employer details should be able to accept registration or decline • Employer or Site Admin creates and adds employee details • Employer member directory search should only be for NIC (National Identity Card) or Name • The employer cannot search from the industry but only by the name NIC or the Name • When searched if the employee is still working the phone number shouldn’t be displayed. The current employer details could be displayed. This is also an indication as to if the employee is still working or not. • When searched for an employee any bad remarks should be displayed with the employee profile history • When searched for an employee his/her details should appear briefly and when clicked on the name it should open the profile • employer should be able to add employee to his company only if the employee is not working for another employer. • The site should be mobile friendly • Employer should have a subscription plan and should expire. Before expiring a notice should be given to the user(employer) and as well as the admin • If the NIC details need to be changed the employer must have an edit option and should give a reason. The reason must be compulsory. • Subscribe employer for x no of years or months. Inform employer and site admin 1 month before subscription expire. • If subscription expire restrict employer from login and request to renew subscription. • Review employee based on numbers between 1 to 10 where the dots will be highlighted up to the selected review point. • Display Average total review points based on reviews by all employers and display review given by each employer. • Professional design of the website. • Developed in Wordpress CMS.
