Hello everyone, I want to buy EMV software able of reading, writing, duplicating and deleting any EMV protocol such as 201, 206, 226 or any other EMV protocol, which allows to read, write, duplicate and delete SDA (static Bin) / DDA (dynamic Bin).
I want to duplicate, read and write a smart card , I have to work with a smart card reader (EMV).
I also need to shave, delete the cards already used to replace them with blank cards to rewrite.

MasterCard, Maestro, Amex and Discovery) must be compatible with the MCR 200/ ACR 38/ ACR 92, and MSR-X6 Bluetooth
And able to read, write or clone any EMV protocol in the world where EMV is used (201,226,206 all EMV Chip From Credit and Debit Card's credit and debit cards).
