Event Management and Sign up for Wordpress Website

Title – Event Management & Sign Up Overview – We seek to create and event management and signup application for our WordPress website. Sign Up Portion Step 1 – We have an existing membership that will need to establish logins to use for the sign up process, login details will be email address as user name and password. The administrator will set up initial password and upon first logon the user will be prompted to change. When new user is set up an email should be generated to that user. On user login page there should be NO ABILITY to create an account. Users are by invitation only. Step 2 – After login, user should go to an events page and can select to attend or not attend. There should be a comment field as well for user to enter a note. User should also be able to change selection if needed. Events are weekly but only the most upcoming event should be shown. Step 3 - After user selects event and enters attending or not attending an email should be generated to the user and the site administrator, the email should contain sign up details and note field. After successful sign up by user to an event, they should be redirected to a webpage (url will be provided) Step 4 – 24 hours prior to the event an email (template to be supplied) should be sent, this is a reminder email. Only those who are attending should get this email. Administrator Portion Step 1 – There will be only 1 administrator which shall have full access. Non Administrators shall only have ability to sign up to an event Step 2 – Administrator will create events, fields needed are Date of Event (Date Field) Title of Event (Text Field), Start Time and End Time, Location (Text Field) and Comments. These fields to appear on sign up page. Step 3 – Ability to create new users as indicated in step 1 above. Step 4 – Ability to send email message to entire user base. Reporting A. Generate a list containing name, email address and attending/no attending for an individual event B. Generate a list containing name, email address and attending/no attending for all events held. C.
