Export projects from panel and make new panel

Hi guys, i have a panel to generate urls to get access to the pages from my different projects. On my panel, i can click on "create" button and select the project where i wanna create a link for. So for example: if i select checkbox "cars project" i will get an url that will show me the pages linked with my cars project. I have like 7 different projects but I’m only using 2 projects. I need your help to find out all the files/folders are related to the 2 project im using and collect them to make a new panel only for that 2 projects. Or maybe we just can delete the files from the projects that im not using anymore I understand that this is an very easy task and that we can finish this in max 30 minuts.
