Fake Linked In Profile Reporter Website

Hi, I need a simple php/wordpress based web application. The goal is to report a bad linkedin profile to general public. Website admin can decide if that complaint needs posted online or not. (approve or reject in admin dashboard). Just like wordpress comment or facebook comment approval system. If linked in owner wants to correct their name from this website listing, they can submit a request to admin clarifying why their name should be removed with a way to add documentation, pictures, screenshots etc. So there are 3 actors in this web app 1) Admin-controls everything..need login as master user. Approves or rejects posting..also removes a posting from previous posting. Can see statistics of total website visits/posting views etc. 2) General public user..need to click on a button and send a Simple form with first name, last name, email address, business name (text box), business website url (text box) and a textarea of why they think that profile is fake. There can be TWO ways someone submits complaint a) Regular email: Once submit, they will need to verify/confirm their email address via a link sent to them dynamically. Once confirmed email, it goes for approval to admin b) Linked In active user: Please note that we only need sign in via Linked OAUTH. No need to confirm if it comes via linked in api oauth. (With an email sent to admin that there is a new complaint waiting to be approved). Even if user does not confirm email, admin can still see posting inside dashboard as “unconfirmed” posting. 3) Linked in profile owner is a user who notices his name on our website and wants to clear his name..so he has another button that shows near his posting that takes him to contact admin about why his profile is legitimate. They can prove this by submitting some documentation like word, pictures, video, video url, some description etc. They will also provide this information via a simple form first name, last name, email address, business name (text box), business website url (text box) and a textarea of why they think it is NOT fake and why it needs to be removed from our listing. Website home page will display fake linkedin profile listings..sortable by name. Once clicked on name link, it will open up another page that shows details of this profile such as name, location, url any pics and details as to why user reported it as fake. If a profile is flagged by multiple people, it will show a count of how many people reported it next to posting. It will also show details of why each user said its fake..with their textarea comments, pictures etc that they posted at time of complaint with a nice view of person who reported it and their concerns. Each linked in user should be linked to their official linkedin profile so it can be verified who person is reporting or who is reported. UI Should be attractive and easy to use. Admin should be able to turn ON/OFF how user reports profiles. Means after 6 months, we will force public to ONLY be able to report via active valid linkedin account.
