Finish my wordpress website and all remaining parts.

Hello, I have created my website on wordpress and I am in early stages of it. My website will showcase the upcoming news for products in Footwear/Fashion. I will adding 10-15 pages daily of new products and each page will have the same style which includes retailers which stock the item. Therefore I would like to have a custom post type which helps me to create these pages easily and efficiently. I have a proposed style already for my page however it is not complete and does not look professional. I would need someone who is good at design and wordpress to finalise the page. Currently for the page I have created it but on mobile it is not responsive properly, I would need it responsive on mobile. I am currently using the salient theme and would like all to match the theme. Secondly for all the products on the pages I need an option on the side for visitors to be able to filter between all the products by colour/brand/latest releases. I am aware of the woocommerce filter but want to clarify this is not a ecommerce website, it is advising visitors of other retailers selling the products. The Home/Fashion/Sneakers page must have rows of items around 4 x 4 rows which show a featured image and a title underneath each image with the name and price and date. Other small features I would like is a small up and down vote on each product page and at bottom of each page a recommended next page to read. Please message me your recent work and if you can do this task. I will send examples and relevant pictures in messages. I am unsure of the coding knowledge needed. It may require Javascript and Ajax which was advised by a previous freelancer
