Fix 3 bugs in a Qode Bridge theme WordPress site and add the ability for me to load other work examples

I own a small video production company. [login to view URL] I hired a local Atlanta based programmer friend, who with my input designed a nice looking site. After 10 months he has not been able to finish the project and fix bugs. It has 3 main bugs and loads fairly slowly. The main bug is the video links do not always work properly. On the front page if the viewer initially scrolls down and clicks on videos they work fine. But if the viewer clicks to the Portfolio page or clicks on any other page and comes back to the front page, the first video that is click launches to my VIMEO site. I do not want this, I need for the video to play on my site. My vimeo site contains many private password protected videos for projects (often work in progress) that I do not want to use as a representation of our work. Once on our vimeo page the viewer has to hit the back button to get back on my site. SCROLL DOWN FOR MORE button does not work - it just restarts the header video PRODUCTION STILLS 2 locks up when it gets near the end of the pics. a dialogue button comes up and says something like “no pathway found” I want to add more pictures in the Portfolio section and change the order they are in. I would like to be able to add more videos in the portfolio area and change out as needed. The design/ look of the site is OK for now. I would like to be able to change some of the pictures on different pages. Please let me know 1. if you can fix the bugs and how much that would cost. 2. Add the functionality I requested that would allow me to add or subtract videos and pictures on the site. 3. Let me know how long it would take to complete these requests. Thank you, Mark USA
