Fix my exiting social network site

Please read this description very closely before bidding. My budget is not negotiable so please make certain you can complete the job within the 20-day time-frame at or below the budget of $555, prior to bidding. It is currently on a wordpress platform I was to that MVC of PHP can be used to make it work on this platform. I want all the current features and functions plus I want the three key features working. Im also looking for a company/ individual to service the site. My site is [login to view URL], I want to see a fully functioning site, including the following the 3 main features: The main features I want fully functioning are the Battle Page, The Pay-2-View live and the Group live Chat page. Although I can’t patent the individual items until they are written, I have patented the battle, pay2view, and group chat as a group and in the manor, they will be used on my site. The battle page- where individuals can challenge other users to a battle or contest. There is an option to send a battle challenge to other members and the email of nonusers also. The none user would then have to register to accept the challenge. The battle should consist of a current date or future date options for battles. I have a battle plugin that I paid for currently on my site but for some reason the current day event is not functioning. The user setting up the battle/ contest should have the option to challenge someone to a live battle, uploading images, or prerecorded videos, prior to the start date and time entered by the user who set it up. The battle page could also be used to run a contest because the viewers which must be users on the site will have the option to vote on which contestant they feel should win the battle and the results will display once the battle has ended. The battles should archive under the originator user's channel page once it has expired, listed under previous battles, under the past battle tab on the battle home page. The pay2view page should be setup so that users can create, or view pay2view current and past live events. There should be a credit system that will allow users to purchase credits to use for pay2view events. The users being able to setup a channel event that's like a pay per view event except pay per view is trademarked so we named it pay2view. they charge other user to view on the appointed date and time... Then prior to the event host being compensated they agree that we will withdraw 21% for our admin fee and release the difference to the event host within 15-20 days following the event to prevent any charge disputes about the event. The user should be able to set dollar amounts in whole dollar increments with the minimum of $1 for their pay2view events. I have a license already with video whisper, but they used adobe flash. I have been told that Amazon is the best option for the live feature. I want previous pay2view events that are over 6 months past the date of the event, to be automatically defaulted to free. I want this to be able to be viewed via ANY cellular device or electronic device. Group chat- each user can setup a group and use the live conference chat in their groups, where there are split screens for 3 or more individuals can address the group. live chat is not working on all mobile devices, it’s not even setup as a group chat, it is setup as only one group admin can go live. Also, there is nowhere for the previous live videos to be saved under the group. I was told this is because there is no archive page setup to house the previously recorded videos.
