Fix my messenger system between users

Hello I have a messenger system between users that is not working
I would like for you to fix that and make it possible to message between users.
It has to have the similar function set up like the old system does.
Example when someone sends a message about an item. I need for the item title to appear as the subject line of the message and it needs to be a hyperlink, so the users can click on it if they wish
I need edit and delete button and trash button
so take a look at what i have and if you can make it better that would be great.
