Fix Paypal Configuration on Wordpress Website

Two tasks involved:
1. My WP Ecommerce (Multi-Vendor) site needs to have the paypal configured correctly. I get these errors:
SoapClient: [?] ✕ Your server does not have the SOAP Client class enabled - some gateway plugins which use SOAP may not work as expected.
DOMDocument: [?] ✕ Your server does not have the DOMDocument class enabled - HTML/Multipart emails, and also some extensions, will not work without DOMDocument.
2. WC emails are not sending out html emails (only text is enable). Enable html emails.
Immediate start required. Must be highly efficient.
