My company uses a Microsoft SQL/MySQL Database as a helpdesk/IT support case management software - it's linked to my web site to save 'contact us forms' from our web site to archive.
There are ongoing problems and i would like an independent person to examine the current database, suggest improvements. I believe there were many fundamental design flaws/shortcuts taken and i would like a database guru to suggest changes/improvements to this (without making any changes at all!!)
If the changes are approved i would like your quote to implement these changes ASAP.
