I am looking for a simple program in python or something simpler which will take input of all major and cross forex pairs as input and provide an output for those pair which exceed their ATR value (hour/4hour/daily and weekly)

e.g whenever i run the program it should say

GBPUSD is within <x> pips of their <hourly/4hourl/Daily/weekly> ATR range.

AUDJPY just crossed their <hourly/4hour/Daily/weekly>ATR range by x pips.

Basically I am looking for an ATR tracker to signal their proximity with the timebased ATR range.
