Geo Refernced, Multi Spectral image/map sharing Website

Work on this exciting project requires a knowledge of GPS mapping software/web applications, MAPBOX, and if required, amazon web services. Knowledge of ArcGIS would be an advantage, along with the pix4dag indicie calculator. The website will- Allow members of the website to upload any geo referenced ortho tiff or KMLtileset. example files will be linked to short listed freelancers. Have a google map background/base map image with layer control for uploaded/base imagery to be turned of or on. A date line for quick change between maps taken on different dates. Some basic control over map indicies/colour etc. Links to similar sites will be linked to short listed freelancers. Have a user login system, with an administration area to control user status, eg below User Status- 1- Maps active, 2- Maps Restricted and some administration fields for site owners information on users. Administration area will also have the ability to clean up maps etc from server, with Administrator and moderator levels of control. Users will have the ability to turn on maps sharing to all, members only or off. User will have the ability to full share or read only share their maps. Members receiving a full share link or map from another member will add that map to their own list of maps. Users will have access to 2d measurement tools and the ability to add annotations to maps. Annotations can also be an uploaded photo/photo link.(with layer control for turning off) User will have the ability To outline "Farms" and "Fields" within farms (with layer control for turing off) Users will have the ability to export pdf files, with current map selection on screen and a selected list of annotations to be printed. Back up will be important, I would like to save on bandwith and backup users data(status, map data, annotation data, field farm data etc.) All uploaded map imagery can be re-uploaded by user if required. Website will be mobile compatible, with full location service of user on maps. Stage 1- Complete single owner/own hosting website, with publicly visible versions of uploaded maps. Owner generates public view only link of each map. With full functionality as listed above. Stage 2- Add Administration, user sharing and user functionality. Support will be expected fixing bugs etc during intitial deployment. On going upgrade work will also be required.
