Dine In - Select Table number or enter table
Takeaway - Enter Name, Phone Number
Delivery - Enter Name, Phone Number, Address Lookup ([login to view URL])
Retrieve Order - Display all orders not paid in full
Refund - Display all orders in filterable datatable. Enter a refund value and reason. (manager only)
3 Select Products and options (checkbox). Filter by tag. Display Cart
4 Checkout Cash, Card, Pay Later, On Hold, Discount, Deal (buttons)
Cash - Enter amount paid or select correct cash. Display change. Save & Send order to printer if paid in full.
Card - Enter amount paid or select full amount. Save & Send order to printer if paid in full.
Pay Later - Save & Send order to printer.
On Hold - Save order (dont print)
Discount - enter discount value and reason. (manager only)

- timeout after xx mins save order (dont print) and return to select user.
