Glitch Fix: Facebook API, Social Media Facebook Posting Experience PHP

Seeking only proven Social Media PHP Experience Attachment 8 shows a popup over a photo with prompt to share on facebook. [login to view URL] The link is having errors & needs troubleshooting when picking 1 photo, tag and photo description from the group of photos. Attachment 5 [ project-freelancer-fbpost-5 ] shows code used to create a posting. We've successfully posted from this page previously but only choosing the SAME PHOTO. [login to view URL] Boy with elephant atop tire at beach did successfully post. Other attachments show an effect called WOW which enables several photos to move with different directions and effects. User just clicks on one of the tire photos in circles & then popup appears for selecting text to include in post with the chosen photo. Goal is for user to choose among photos & phrases to create a Facebook post. See project-freelancer-fbpost-6 on google images search of similar working post to facebook. Result was successfully used the :> Share button [ user picking among photos, clicking share, then successfully posting 1 photo of their choosing to Facebook ]. The current error is shown on project-freelancer-fbpost-7. Not sure what type of API integration this is; we have setup a test facebook ID to do test posting. This project's goal is to post to Facebook only. A next project will focus on Twitter and/ or Instagram.
