Help with Virtuemart / Joomla site

This is only a small project. I need assistance with an existing Joomla site that is using Virtuemart. [login to view URL] is the site.

On the home page in the Latest Additions and Featured sections, I need it so images are all the same size so that section looks neat. Also justify centre the items in that section.

Also any other suggestions to make that site look better would be appreciated.
