Hi there, I'm a part-time degree student, I want to create a web application that will help people find and buy healthy home cooked meals within commutable distance. It will also work pleasantly on most mobile devices and it will support multiple local languages (localization). Currently I'm mentally broken to start this project but I have to deliver it before 2018. All I need is a working application with minimal features and its good as long as it works inside localhost. I have a detailed proposal if you are interested. Limited budget, and please understand its just a work for my studies don't need high quality work, just anyone with time to kill and can hand over the application before 2018 1st of January. MUST be fluent in English for communication. Must use Laravel and PHP7 with Mysql, Ajax and Javascript. Thanks for helping in advance. Cheers!
