Install Two Extensions on Magento site

I need two extensions configured for my magento store. Both extensions are installed by may need to be reinstalled.
M2E--Install and make sure it is automatically pulling data. (cron job)
Wyomid Go Data Feed Manager--Install and make sure it is configured properly. Getting error----This issue may be due to a problem during the installation process.
You can fix it by following these steps :
Access your database via your control panel (Phpmyadmin for example).
Delete the entry extension_setup from the core_resource table. Be careful, that entry depends on your extension. For example, if you have the Data Feed Manager, you should delete datafeedmanager_setup.
Logout from your Magento admin.
Log into your Magento admin.
