Integrate data from external site in a Wordpress page through API

I am designing a new website for a norwegian used-car-dealer in Wordpress.
I need to import data though API from an external classifieds-site ([login to view URL]).
The idea is that the client will only use [login to view URL] to announce their cars for sale and then the cars listings will appear in their own site.

Unfortunetaly we don't have access the the backend of this site.
