Hello! We are beginning to use a booking system for sightseeing tours called Bokun. Bokun does not have a way to see all available tours (products) in one place. However, I need a way to manage all the availability in one place, so I can accurately assign guides (resources) to products. Currently resources are managed on Google calendar. In other words, I would like a way to see all our product availability in one place (for example on Google calendar). I also need to be able to edit that availability via that place (ie via Google calendar). For example, if I remove a Product A event from Google Calendar on September 1, I would like that product to also be removed from availability on Bokun. Alternatively if I add Product B availability onto Google Calendar on October 1, I would like that product to also be added to availability on Bokun. Some products have time restrictions ie they are available at 10am OR 2pm. Others have set times ie they are ONLY available at 10am. Yes, it is possible to make a connection between Bokun and Google Calendar. Logic is: I need to fetch events details on a particular date from Google Calendar; Next will update those on Bokun with that respective date; So that on remove of any product event from Google Calendar, it will be deleted from Bokun; And like the same, on addition of any product event on Google Calendar, it will be added to the Bokun; Already worked with Google Calendar in various projects. So will be an east task for me. Checked the Bokun API Documentation; Search activity(filtering, sorting, pagination); Activity Id, Pick up and Drop off places; Availabilities for an activity on a date range; Upcoming availability lists, Prices for activity booking etc and various other activity like Accommodation, Transport, Shopping Cart, Bookings etc various modules available with the API. I can do the integration of Google Calendar with Bokun using Google Sheets. I have excellent command on Google Sheets and have done similar projects before.
