Internal Business Android App Development

We need an app created for our business, which all staff will have loaded on their phones and the office staff can access the "back end" on their PCs. On the mobiles: - First, the staff need to log in with their email and password (the administrator will only allow our staff to access the app, not public users) - Next they will see a screen with various buttons they can click on (arranged tidily, in gallery format), depending on which activity they want to log, as follows # Sign In/Out # Booking # Onhire (machine taken) # Offhire request # Offhire (machine returned) # Transport # Cleaning # Fuel # Repair # Breakdown # Swapover # Notes - Within each of these screens will be a number of fields (some made mandatory) that the user needs to fill out (I will provide these details). When they confirm the entry, the back end of the system will date/timestamp the entry and show username of who entered. - There will be a 'back' option at the top of each page, allowing the user to go back if they'd arrived at the wrong place, but they will be prompted "are you sure you want to cancel" in case they'd entered valued information - The mobile users have a clean app, and can only see the buttons for entering new data. They don't need to see historic info, such as data they have already added - this will be viewed by office staff on the PC side of the app On the PCs - All you will see is the date/timestamped details for each entry on the mobile apps (with username also shown, who had entered the data). This can either be sorted for ALL INFO date/time order, OR you can filter by category (according to the button the mobile user entered upon, e.g. booking) in date/time order. Perhaps the data can also be “archived” by date, e.g. 01.01.18 – 31.08.18 will be moved to archive (NOT deleted) so it is still accessible but not clogging up the system - PC users need the ability to add removable notes/comments to data, and some form of “flagging” (or whatever) to indicate which data has been processed/completed - We will have privileges as to which office user can see which data. For instance, we wouldn't need all office staff seeing the sign in/out details, which is used solely for payroll purposes
