Interspire Email Software Troubleshooting (Autoresponder)

Hello, I am looking for someone who is very familiar with email autoresponders, but most importantly Interspire. If you don't have any experience at all with Interspire, please do not respond to this. PROJECT: The autoresponders I have running on my Interspire software are no longer being sent, HOWEVER, standard emails do get sent when I setup an "Email Campaign", so there is not a problem with my SMTP. This is an issue with the autoresponder inside Interspire. PLEASE NOTE that this function did work many months back, so I do know for a fact that the autoresponder function does work, but something has happened over the last several months to where it no longer works. It could be an error with a particular file or something else. I have already tried... - testing every setting within Interspire to get the autoresponder to work, include the cron job setting, which according to the software works just fine. - The interspire cron job has been added to my Cpanel, so this is NOT an issue.
