IOT switch WiFi powered by battery

Hi, i need to buy some IOT switch powered by battery, when the switch contact turn from on to off an HTTP GET must be sent and viceversa. The HTTP GET command must be configurable. I created a .php web page in a free hosting web site and i want to receive this HTTP GET commands. I would like (but it is not mandatory) also to ask to the device the switch status.
