I am looking to build an online community for a UK audience. The website is running forum software called MyBB so the webchat app will need to be integrated with this system.
The chat server is IRC, so you'll need to be familiar with this. It's running Inspircd 3.6.0 so the chatapp would need to be adapted to this. Both the website and chat server are currently hosted with separate shared hosting providers.
I have a design in mind, taken from another website (of course changed around so not to infringe copyright). I would like the chat app to function very much like how this website has theirs. This will make it a lot easier to understand what I am looking to have designed. I'll be happy to share this website link once the project is confirmed.
I'd like to think that the following is required for this project. A good understanding of HTML, PHP, Web Sockets, IRC (client & server side).
