I have a website and mobile apps I would like to get organized moving forward. I've been just slapping them together with one main freelance developer and multiple others here and there. Don't really have a game plan. I not a very organized person so I've been just putting out fires instead of having a plan to stick to. I would like to get some clarity. So im thinking maybe a project manager or UX designer could help. Need someone competent, intuitive and has common sense.
