Joomla Admin Section minor changes

I want to customize joomla admin panel. Here are some tasks what I need done. [login to view URL] following sub-menus from Components category in the navigation menu.. Deposits, Escrows, Reportings, Summary. 2. In the Configuration Panel > Component Settings you have to move the "Advance Setting" options to "general" place and remove the " Advance Setting" tittle. 3- in the configurataion email template : main tiltle for example "Subscription " with grey background color and then sub tittle for example "Subscription Pending" with small picture and edit and Published and ID icons. and when you create on picture or sub tittle or edit link you will show a page like this [login to view URL] In the Integration add google connect possibility - and i want that you remove the Optimise Database option and remove the Run SQL option from Payment Gateways. -and here [login to view URL] also when the guest choose freelancer or buyer he will be redirected to the Buy Subscription also i want that the Payment : PayPalPayPal ,Moneybookers for payed plan will be showed on the next page The job is simple.
