jQuery Dynamic Table

Hi,
I'm currently building an invoicing system using HTML, jquery and PHP. I need help to have a table for my invoice line items that can do the following:
- Have a "Add New Row" button at end of last row to add new row at bottom of HTML table
- Have a "Add 5 New Rows" button beside the "Add New Row" button that will add 5 new rows at bottom of HTML table
- Able to add a row between 2 rows by clicking on a + button that will appear when hover near the 2 rows
- Adding a new row should NOT refresh the page so that unsaved data will not get lost
- Save button at end of invoice to save all entries entered to database
- Row number should be updated when adding rows in the middle or at end of table
- Dynamically compute and update the Amount column whenever price or quantity is updated (price x quantity) for the particular row
Deliverable
- Show me demo of the completed product online
- Able to add rows at bottom and anywhere in the middle of the table
- Values can be saved to mysql database successfully
- The order of items is still correct after saving and refreshing page
- Columns: Row Number, Description, Price, Quantity, Amount (these are also the database fields)
- Amount is automatically and immediately updated when price or quantity is change
- Native PHP only
- No frameworks
- JQuery / javascript can be used
- AJAX can be used if necessary
- Table can be basic but should look nice and presentable
