jQuery Isotope URL hash filtering

Basically i just need this function to be implemented in an already existing isotope menu/portfolio filter on my website. The code itself can be found here [login to view URL] however, my knowledge is too limited to place it in the right sections myself. Basically pretty easy I would say. It just need to be able to directlink to the categories within the portfolio page.
I attached a photo explaining better how it should look and work like. Please only make a bid if you are absolutely certain you can do this!!!
