This is the only task needs to be done. There are 10 sites such as site A. now the same things should happen for every site. I have site A(ecommerce site), now once the customer checkout on site A they should be redirected to the parent site B. Here one order ID would be generated on the site B and customer will process for the payment. magento version: 1.923 Both sites (Site A and Site B )would be on different domains.
