Overview of the project.
The project is not so complicated. The system will provide a platform for task owner and task provider. The user who has a task (it is based on geolocation) will post on the platform and the providers apply (kind of job portal) for the task. Afterward, the owner will hire the provider based on certain criteria, for instance, the provider's distance. The owner will have to pay via PayPal when they are hiring the provider. Once the task is done, the provider who will close the task. (note: We will need to record both parties geolocation latlong)
Admin side,
There will be 3-4 different roles to perform various tasks on the admin side. Make sure everything that can be controlled and access from the API should be accessible from the Admin area, which is quite obvious. However, it will be limited based on the user role.
Note:
We do not need any payment gateway integration but just only the records sent by the Android. Of course, you will need this record (status) to check. While we need it for some official purpose. So mostly we need all fields what PayPal send.
We also do not need any accounting system to manage payments at the backend. That will be managed manually. This means, there is no need to make a system where admin can pay to providers. All the payment paid by the task owners will go directly to the admin PayPal account. Later admin will calculate manually and will pay to the provider manually from the PayPal website. The only thing is to make that task as a paid to the provider so it will be sortable and in the record.
