Looking for IDX Ninja to build sharp looking real estate landing page.

DO NOT BID IF YOU ARE NOT AN IDX EXPERT! I am a real estate broker and I have 12 agents working for me. I would like to build a beautiful mobile-friendly IDX real estate landing page showcasing our listings with all the goodies modern MLS has to offer: multiple pictures, virtual tours, property video, etc. I've read that Karibu WP template is especially good for that, but I'm not sure. My MLS is called MRED and operates in the Chicago market. The listing page should be showcasing just ONE listing only (single page listing), no search functionality needed. Additionally, it should display agent information, and lead capture form. At the bottom, it should have a ‘Contact Agent’ form where buyers can request more info, schedule a showing, or send a message to an agent. The main goal is to showcase the property, capture buyer’s information AND promote an agent. Also, I would like to integrate client entry into agent’s CRM automatically and I have an insertion programming code from my CRM provider, but not sure if that’s possible. As far as a back end, I need to have a way to enter listing numbers to display and my agent contact information that is specific for each listing, such as agent name, agent photo, phone number, email, (a list is longer). Also, I need to assign a unique URL to each listing (meaning to display listing 12345678, admin can assign URL www . domain . com / xyz). Here is how this all should work in practice: Agent gets a new listing and the listing number is 12345678. My secretary goes to the back-end and adds new listing# 12345678 to the site. She assigns xyz URL for that listing, enters agent name, uploads agent’s picture, enters the phone number and email for lead capture. Now the agent can send link www . domain . com / xyz to their prospective buyers or agent can place this link on the property flyers, or make QR code to promote that listing. When buyers open this link (usually on their smartphones) they see beautiful IDX page with photos, virtual tours and listing videos, and they decide to contact agent for showing. When they enter their information to lead capturing form, the agent gets an email notification, my office gets an email notification and the agent can arrange to meet that buyer. Hopefully, the buyer will buy it! BTW, it is a prime-time for real estate now and I am super busy selling homes! I am looking for a self-disciplined developer able to visualize the product, able to work independently with minimal supervision and deliver ready to use solution.
