Looking for wordpress +woocommerce developer for an e-commerce store

Attached is a sketch of how I want the page to look. The right side should feature an always visible panel that the customer can use to go straight to his choice or filter the inventory for. The bars are uniform in my mock-up but I will provide graphics that should be at the end of each bar. There are 25 variations that are part of our permanent range and from time to time we have special items on offer (more variations of the same item). When sold out, the variation should still appear but be grayed out.
All items will appear on the front page. Depending on the cost, I would consider adding a description/details by hovering over the item.
Page will have to reflect inventory in real time. Checkout page will also update inventory.
I plan to use Payline data for payments, which would have to be made to work through woocommerce (free plug-in, I believe).
I am technically proficient and would need to have the ability to add more products later.
