Magento Configuration

If I do a Test from the Extensions Configuration area the Sitema says that everything works (and in fact I receive the eMail) but anyway then the magento eamil does not receive them (password forgotten, orders, etc ...). On the second site I have not installed any extesion. At this moment I can not send any kind of e-mail from either store. TARGET 1) I simply want Magento to send all the eMail Transactional (New Order, Sending Invoice, etc ...) through My Zimbra Server; 2) I want to install an extension to automatically generate and send automatic invoices with an Invoice and Eamil Template that sends it as Customizable; 3) in the CheckOut I want the user to choose whether to receive the invoice oopure No (maybe check a check). Then, if you decide not to receive the invoice, have only mandatory fields to be entered: Name, Surname, eMail (with an additional Confirmation field), Telephone number, City.
