I want to create a custom option on my Magento registration page. like "how did you come to know about us". and then there will be a drop-down saying Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Google, Others, Etc. and if some one clicks on others he should get a box where he will write down the information and all this information we should get on our Magento admin panel > customer section.
