Make a creative wordpress landing page

Hi, Im looking for a landing page for my wordpress website, the landing page should be very creative and proffessional, the landing page need the following options 1. a form to read customer input, and display in backend and mail to admin 2. a subscribe now popup should be trigged when a user staying the website for more than 20 seconds, or the visitor close the [login to view URL] subcription popup also need a textbox and the input email should be listed in admin panel, you can use any free plugins for the above two integrations we have already done an HTML with another freelancer but its not impressive , but you can use it as a refferece for the content plcement and colour scheme we will not pay any advance amount without seeing the output. its a very urgent project My budget for this project is $10, if the freelencer is good for a long term relation, I can provide more big budget projects See the files and link before bidding [login to view URL]
