making a homepage

I need a homepage for a teacher. It should be able to perform certain tasks:
• List of content available for each class (up to 10 classes)
• Being able to integrate or upload Numbers (Mac) or Excel sheets
• Being able to integrate HTML-Quizzes (example can be given)
Basically the homepage should provide an overview of the topics / classes where the students can find resources and quizzes as well as their grades (which should be password protected)
The homepage should look good, work on mobiles and I should be able to upload and manage content easily. I use mainly Apple, but the students use mainly Microsoft and handheld devices.
I have much more ideas but they will depend on the cost and ability of the programmer.
