You were a little vague in your description - I'd like to see some source photo samples and a description of the transformation you need. However, I believe this should be a fairly simple process to automate using a cli tool like ImageMagick. I have a decent amount of experience working with these tools, and once I've worked out the command it will be very simple to run it on as many photos as you need. I don't expect it to take more than a few hours.
