Matrimonial Mobile App

I am looking for a matrimonial / matchmaking mobile app solution native to android and iOS. Will need something that shares the functionality of the [login to view URL] mobile app. Below are some of the core requirements that I will need in the app. 1) Facebook integration to register/login on the app. 2) Sms verification from a real carrier (voip, google and virtual numbers should be declined). 3) Based on the sms country that will be the default country select for the user and can not be updated. 2) Instant Live one on one chat for app users who have matched (built in chat messenger). And a traditional inbox for offline messaging. But both should be connected. If the user goes offline the chat message should be send to the inbox. 3) All submitted profiles have to be approved by staff members but if needed can turn on and off this feature 4) Will need a good set of basic and advance search pages (or one search page that can be extended to an advance search) 5) Good privacy setting. Ability to hide pictures and contact information from non connected. The rest profile information has to remain public. 6) Help and support section with tutorials and pictures. 7) Backend Admin control to control any user app activity. And ability to change and update options and make small changes to the app. Also ability to control, modify, approve, create and delete user accounts. 8) Will need a modern look also a random match making option (Swipe left or right) like tinder or minder for users residing in the same country. 9) The app should keep a history of all the invitation to connect sent by a user and categorize them into accepted, pending and declines. And have this section available to the end user. 10) Also ability to some how block certain imei, cell phone numbers and ip address for users who get reported. 11) Will need the flexibility of setting how many invitations can be sent in a 24 hour period. And how many times/profiles you can view the contact information for on weekly bases. This number has to customizable in the admin pane. 12) The instant chat and number of request to connect (invitation) should have the flexibility to be moved down to a priced pan later down the road. Also for a paid plan/subscription user profile will be displayed as feature for a specific amount of days/months. 13) The app has to be very robust, dynamic, responsive and fast. Have to work on all Android and iOS devices. Please don't hardcode any functionality. As if in the future I should request an update or support. Will be much easier for you to apply that update. And the same code can be used for the 2nd project as well. 14) The developer will deploy these apps for us on our servers and provide support for the initial production stage. Also will need a feedback on which technologies to use for this services.
