Migrate a drupal 7 site to Wordpress

We took over a business that had drupal-site in two languages.
Now we'd like to move the whole site (see [login to view URL]) over to Wordpress under another domain ([login to view URL]), again for both languages. We'd prefer to have as much of the original url-structure working (except new overall domain).
There are only a few mods to the overall structure:
1) There is a new logo
2) About half of the pages in drupal doesn't need to be moved over, once you have the sitemap-list, I'll put checkboxes to the ones needing transfer
3) 3 pages in the drupal will be PHP-based with actual PHP-code to it. You can simply lift those out external to the wordpress and call for the inclusion using ajax.
The old site also had a number of different css/js/img libraries, and I'm looking forward to see all in a folder each for these in a more neat format and using standard H1, H2 etc tags, and without the clutter of a lot of unused stuff.
