100% migration from Core PHP to Laravel, fix all issues for website with millions of records etc

Hi all,
I have a PHP built website that's currently being converted into Laravel framework (previous developer has left project)
You will be required to:
1. Review and completely understand what the website is, how it works, how it's built etc.
2. Fix existing website into working order (all links should not show errors etc) after conversion from different domain
3. Fully migrate existing Core PHP website to Laravel including front end, admin panel and databases while optimizing and improving every function. Also to delete redundant or tables no longer being used.
4. Fix all existing front end issues for desktop, responsive tablet and responsive mobile devices
5. Fix existing script which pulls records from Apple Music which updates website daily
6. Fix backend issues (Admin Panel and suggest ways to improve)
7. Full testing and optimizing to ensure everything works 100%
