Multi-tenant Render Farm on Amazon Web Services

Looking to AWS architect and developer to design custom website(user portal) with script based rendering farm on amazon web services EC2 with storage support. below mentioned are vital functions expected on the platform. The expected platform shall have front main website (user portal) and backend integrated to AWS platform to handle the multi-tenants to login and configure the desired instances for rendering. The user portal consists of signup form with credit card (multi currency) details integrated to separate database with user table. The shall be 2 types of login 1) Employer 2) Technocrat. 1. It should be multi-tenant platform with customised billing. 2. The desired AWS rendering farm should be integrated on our portal with customised rendering functional script, user shall login through our portal and initiate instance. 3. Should have feature to add the softwares on fly such as Maya, 3ds Max and other as per requirement of user on AWS instance. 4. Each instance should have provision to specify unique work/project name mapped to output in S3 file store. 5. Core functionalities should include minimum the features specified in the link [login to view URL] Each functionality should be driven through button to click. 6. Region wise AWS instances available and its price tables should get auto updated onto main portal database tables. 7. The customised script with click button should provide option pause or stop the inactive or idle instance. 8. It should have option through api to directly upload the output files onto youtube or vimeo. Technocrat with prior experience in building rendering farm on AWS is preferred.
