NaCl experienced coder. Browser Plugin

I have a Browser Plugin for Chrome written in Java and I want to ; a) have it protected so no one can view the logic. I have tried a couple of Obfuscators but they can be reversed quite easily. b) create a version for Edge, also to be protected c) perhaps approach it differently so the Plugin runs code at the server end rather than have everything on the browser thanks
