I am junior IT analyst who works with an EHR system for a clinic, but I would like assistance in building a small prototype in Java incorporating a voice recognition system to test on it. Using google cloud speech to text, I would like to receive 2 recordings from separate microphones on a PC, transcribe them and then process the transcribed inputs through cTakes. From those categories identified from the natural language processing api (cTakes), I need to print in Continuity of Care Record (CCR) XML format. I will provide more information when requested. No time wasters please, project is time sensitive. I prefer Java programming but Python can be used. You need to be proficient in NLP software or Artificial intelligence
