Need to Add some shiping features to WC Vendors Plugin

Please if you dont know what is WC Vendor plugin please dont bid. We have a web site made with wordpress and we are usinng WC Vendors Plugin to run sita as market place, Wcvendors plugin bring by default option to vendors can set shiping for country, city, zip code and rate but for us this system must be changed to this: We want add 2 fields: SHIPPING COMPANY and DELIVERY TIME, so the vendor can set what companies wants to do shipments with and he can set diferents companies from same location, this to give customers option to choose with company and fees want to select (some are faster than oders but at same time a little more expensives on shiping fees). For Example: A vendor publish a product that is in chicago and he wants use PEDRO´s Shipping comany and UPS Shiping company, PEDRO´s shipping is 5$ and delivery time is 12-21 days and UPS is 15$ and Delivery times is 5-7 Days so customer can choice wich one is better to to him. We need that all this can de showed on all checkout process and customers can select by themselves with shipping method is better. (actually sistems auto detect what it thinks is best method to customer based on customer location). Companies must be added by admin panel. So to be clarify what we need: Add 2 extra fields and make it works perfetly and all senses (databases, showing information without errors in chechout process and in history process). Add a way to admin can include name of citys of countries like Panamá that dont show cities on woocomerce.
