I have a form that needs modification.
The requirements are as follows:
1. Change structure of the form in terms of field names, sections etc
2. The form has selections with amounts. Need to create a PDF invoice with the amounts due to be sent along with autoreply
3. Create an admin end with the option to update records in the DB. Part of the requirement will be to set a record as paid and trigger an email receipt.
The admin part also needs to be able to update the tables in the db.
