I need filters to narrow searches based on tags and categories for my website

I need someone to make a filter for searching based on tags on my website. I know there are plug-ins that will do this but don’t have time to set them up. The visitors will choose from multiple filters to narrow down their search. This should only take 3-4 hours, and I have a list for you to see how it needs to be filtered. Please see the attached document. The section that says filter/tags is the information I need. We can use a widget that allows them to filter and either drop downs or check marks next to the tags and categories.
